Slumber Party!

I LOVE spending time with Gracie and Ethan. They are so cute and have great adorable personalities. We had a so much fun together. They immediately want to get in their PJ's so the party could start! We watched a double feature....Hotel for Dogs and Beverly Hills Chi . Of course we had popcorn and candy while watching the movies!
Ethan and Gracie made the cutest Mother's Day Cards for Jaime. They put a lot of time and effort into making them. They are very creative, I was impressed!
Pizza is a perfect food for slumber parties! Don't worry, that is root beer not diet Pepsi!!!The next morning we got up early (well at least for me) and went to Ihop for breakfast. Then we headed to Gracie's Soccer game. She is on a coed team and she is the best player. She is awesome on both defense and offense. I loved watching Gracie play! Steve, Jaime, and I were cracking up over the coach from the other team. He is European and had a very strong accent...he was very passionate about his team. It was hilarious listening to him.In between the games, Jaime and I went to this boutique at one of her friends house and then went to Cafe Rio. I also watched Ethan and Gracie ride their bikes. Ethan's game was equally fun to watch. He is also the star of his team. He was always were the ball was. What a great way to end the game....Ethan making 4 goals!!!!
I love you Ethan and Gracie!

Troubled Youth Conference

It was nice to take a break from my normal schedule and spend 2 days at the Troubled Youth Conference at Snowbird. The weather was perfect. The mountains were covered with snow but it was warm outside. It seemed so weird to see die hard skiers in the spring. In between break out sessions I enjoyed snowbird! The conference was well worth the time. It was inspiring and hopefully I learned some new skills to help the families I work with!

Michael and Ashli's Graduation!

Congratulations Michael and Ashli! What an accomplishment to graduate from BYU. Michael graduated in Manufacturing Engineering and Ashli in Recreation Management. I wouldn't have missed celebrating the day with them. It was awesome to see them walk together!
Michael, Dad and Mom
What cute graduates! Wow, was it hard for me to get this picture. My camera was on delay or something. I kept taking practice pictures and lets say didn't capture anything. I love my brothers! We are proud of you Michael and Ashli!
I have to say that Michael and Ashli's graduation was probably the best I've ever been to. The whole ceremony was about an hour maybe a little longer. It was so fun to see Michael and Ashli graduate together. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when there were delicious cinnamon roles and beverages after the ceremony. They were sooo good. Later that night, Michael and Ashli had a BBQ at their house. It was fun to visit with family and celebrate! Way to go Ash and Michael!!!

Easter

What is Easter without dying eggs? Gracie, Ethan, and Elsa were so cute making their eggs fancy. The rest of us had a good time also.

What a cute little Easter Bunny!
Ahhhhh!I love the chocolate around Elsa's mouth!!!
I had Ashli and Michael over for Easter dinner. I had chicken cordon blue. Michael made homemade cinnamon rolls for dessert. Way to go Michael! I didn't know he had that hidden talent. It was good to spend the holiday with family!

Under Construction!

Hi everyone! I'm in the process of making some changes to the "look" of my blog. It may look a little scary until I get it worked out. I'm in the experimentation stage. I know it has been a while since I've posted anything. That is trouble because it means I haven't been doing anything very exciting, unless you count work. I don't think my clients would want fancy pictures of them on my blog...actually you never know :) Good thing it would be unethical. Emily reminded me that I don't have to post just pictures, I can also post experiences. So I will try to be better. Miss everyone!

What the freak????

I seriously was like "What the freak" after I left this movie. Did I like it or was it just okay?? I called Emily after the movie and she asked me what I thought. I really couldn't come up with a concrete answer. I loved the suspense throughout the movie and the basic story line. It was a little freaky type scary in parts. At the end it was science fiction and then spiritual. When the kids were wearing white holding big white fluffy rabbits, I was really scratching my head. It was this ambivalent feeling of okay I think I am supposed to feel peaceful and happy about this ending but I feel kinda eerie at the same time. Hmmm. I will say I liked that it wasn't predictable and it was thought provoking in a weird sort of way.

Bridal Shower

Patrica and I decided to have a bridal brunch for our friend Teresa. The table looked better than it does in this picture. We had quiche, fresh fruit, orange rolls, and OJ. After brunch, Teresa opened presents. We all chatted up a storm.

These girl's were in my Master's Program with me. It was fun to be able to get together and update each other on post graduate plans. Teresa and I work at ISAT together, she is moving to Texas and I will miss her!

Family Weekend

Becky and her family came to Utah so Gracie and Callie could get baptized together. Mom and Dad also came up to celebrate their special day. The whole weekend was so much fun. I picked Becky and family up from the airport and we headed right to Iggy's to watch the JAZZ game. I love it that Cater and Ed are JAZZ fans even though they live in Houston! I loved just hanging out, visiting, and watching the game. Cater is my JAZZ Buddy! JAZZ won both games while Cater was here. He is good luck! Callie is soooo much like Becky...she chatted a little, ate dinner, and then snuggled and went right to sleep while the rest of us watched the game. She even did the big drool, just like Becky used to do.....Ahhhh. Another fun thing that I did was go shopping with Mom and Ashli before I joined up with Becky and Steve's families for the snow day. Mom is so cute!! Ashli and I had fun helping her pick out some new outfits. It was a perfect way to start out the day :)

Happy Birthday!

What a cute birthday girl and birthday boy! It was fun to celebrate Ashli and Ethan's birthdays. I love spending time with both and love them to pieces, if that is possible!
I learned something about Ashli and Ethan in regards to my favorite food....Chocolate cake. Ashli prefers just chocolate cake with NO FROSTING (what the heck, Ash???) and Ethan prefers hardly any cake with a very think layer of frosting! What a great team they are, Ashli can eat the cake and Ethan can polish off the frosting!

I think that Catie is getting MELLOW as she ages...I guess don't we all. Anyway, Gracie, Ethan, and Elle had a good time petting Catie.

Elsa really loved hanging out with Catie

Gracie prefers Ice cream!
Check out how cute Elsa is with this huge piece of cake she is taking home!

It was fun to hang out with family and celebrate Ashli and Ethan!
